HOME INSPECTION
A home inspection is a visual inspection of the structure and components of a home to find and identify things that are unsafe, or not performing as designed, these are known as defects. A home inspection helps home buyers as well as home sellers to repair or replace defects found prior to the buying or selling of the home. Current home owners also benefit by having periodic home inspections done to identify problems in the making and take preventative measures which might avoid costly repairs in the future.
A thorough Inspection covers everything from the roof to the foundation.
Items that are included but not limited to the inspection are:

FAQ'S- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Why Do I Need A Home Inspection?
A: The purchase of a home is probably the largest single investment you will ever make. You should learn as much as you can about the condition of the property and if there are any major repairs needed before you buy. After the inspection, you will have a better understanding of the property. If you are already a homeowner, a home inspection may be used to identify problems in the making and take preventative measures which might avoid costly repairs in the future. If you are planning to sell your home, you may wish to have a pre-inspection performed prior to placing your home on the market. This will give you a better understanding of the conditions which may be discovered by the buyer's inspector and an opportunity to make repairs.
Q: How Long Does A Home Inspection Take?
A: The cost of a home inspection is dependent on the size, age, and condition of the home. However, you should plan on 2 to 3 hours to complete an inspection on a single home. Please contact us for pricing.
Q: Can A Home Inspection Fail?
A: NO! A home inspector does not issue a pass or fail grade on a home. A home inspection is an examination of the condition of the home on the day it is inspected . The home inspector will describe the physical condition of the home and indicate what may need repair or replacement.; it is not an appraisal.
Q: Do I Have To Be There?
A: It is not necessary for you to be present for the inspection, but it is highly recommended. You will be able to accompany the inspector and ask questions directly. You will also find the report easier to understand if you've seen the property firsthand.
Q: When Will I Get My Report?
A: Legally, inspectors have five days to deliver their findings. You will be emailed a full-colored report including pictures within one or two days after the inspection is completed. In some cases, and when agreed upon, the report can be delivered the same day.
Q: How Do I Pay The Inspector?
A: Payment is due at the beginning of the inspection. We accept personal checks, cash, money orders, and most payment platforms. If you cannot attend the inspection, a online payment platform will be used.
Q: What If I Have Questions After The Inspection?
A: You can call or email us to discuss all the aspects of your report and new home anytime.
